Next event… Pairs Relay.  Sunday 18th August,  11.00am at Matthew Arnold School, Kingston Road, Staines, TW18 1PF.  10k, 5x1k laps each.  Partners can be arranged on the day; as this is a social event they do not have to be from your club.  Bring a picnic for afterwards, MABAC will provide drinks (soft and alcoholic!!)
