The Sparrow Farm car park on the London road is only available to Mabac officials, First Aid & Race set up. Please use nearby street parking or an alternative car park within the park except the Mansion House Car park (House events only). THIS IS A CONDITION OF OUR EVENT BOOKING.

BELOW is the ULEZ Zone if you are coming up A3 A240 you are OK or A24 but the park is on the edge of the zone Park in Stoneleigh streets

The race start is adjacent to the Sparrow Farm Road car park.

Toilets are available at the Mansion house.

From the Mansion house the start area is a short walk on the main path up the hill from the front of the Mansion house.

The route is mainly off road with a very short section of tarmac. Trail or Road shoes are recommended depending on grounds conditions. It may be muddy in places with tree roots & cracks in the ground.

This is a 5 mile Cross Country Event – Part of the MABAC Running League, the senior race is just over 8 km (5 miles) there are also joggers’ and junior events of about 4 km (2.5 miles). The league is open ONLY to Members and Guests of the following clubs.
