Directions to Farley Heath

From the A25, head South on the A248 towards Albury then turn left uphill on New Road. Keep straight on and go over the railway crossing at Albury Heath and down Brook Hill to Farley Green. Fork right onto Farley Heath Road (towards Shamley Green) and the MABAC car park is about a mile along the road – the 2nd car park on the right – Hurtwood car park no. 8.

This is a 5 mile Cross Country Event – Part of the MABAC Running League, the senior race is just over 8 km (5 miles) there are also joggers’ and junior events of about 4 km (2.5 miles). The league is open ONLY to Members and Guests of the following clubs.

The course is mainly off-road on trails, with a couple of places that can get quite muddy, but there is also a road section. Note: In the map below, the small numbers are marshal positions not distance markers. Seniors doing 2 laps will turn left at the black “X” to start the 2nd lap, but Joggers/Juniors doing 1 lap will bear right uphill and finish where they started. Seniors also bear right to end their 2nd lap.
